My work as a money mindset coach is to help women unhook from scarcity, rewire their beliefs, and build a relationship with money that actually feels like freedom.

You weren’t born believing money is stressful, shameful, or always out of reach. But over time, those stories took shape through experiences, patterns, and messages you may not have even realized you absorbed.

Some of the most persistent beliefs don’t shout; they lurk quietly in the background, shaping how you think, feel, and act with money without your full permission.

In this workshop, we’ll bring those hidden patterns to the surface, not to shame them, but to see them clearly for what they are: outdated survival strategies. And once you know what you're really working with, you can finally stop letting them call the shots.

This process is powerful because it’s not about slapping affirmations on top of scarcity and hoping for the best. We go to the root. You’ll be guided through a grounded, compassionate process to help you spot the beliefs still running the show, see what they’ve been creating in your life, and choose what comes next.

The rewriting is real, but it only works when you’re honest about what came before. You don’t have to share more than you want to, and there’s zero judgment in this space. Just room to tell the truth, shift the story, and reclaim your relationship with money from the inside out.
