Half our members use our groups to improve self-discipline. They're creating consistent morning routines, exercise routines and overall daily routines that include more than just work! Stretching and a journal entry; walk the dog and meditate for 10 mins; strength training & body movement goals are also very common.

Stopping an unwanted habit, organizing the house or garage, learning a new skill, applying lessons to practical life, prepping healthy meals. Some members are working on improving their primary relationships and even maintaining themselves in brand new ones.

Some members are seasoned business owners, while others are just getting their feet wet in their entrepreneurship journey. About 80% of our members own a business and there's nothing like having a close group with which to brainstorm, collaborate and celebrate!
