Holding a Doctorate in Education, a Master’s in Special Education with endorsements in Gifted and Talented Education and Behavioral Disorders, as well as a Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine, she is well-equipped to address diverse needs.

Dr. Powell’s achievements include being a published education researcher, a Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching Scholar, and an esteemed presenter at educational conferences.
