Our Mission: To hold a supportive and judgment-free space for all women

By Women, for Women

We are a unique community developed by two friends, where women of all ages and in all stages of life come together in a community for support on their personal, professional and educational goals.

Handling Life...

Women join Harvest to develop consistent and healthy routines, for social connection, and to network.  We offer a community space for women going through the normal challenges of everyday life.

...and Growing Together

Harvest is a non-judgmental, safe and supportive space. Our facilitators and workshop leaders ensure open and warm meetings, while the wisdom and bond of the community members provides validation, motivation, and positivity.

We stand by you and are here for you every step of the way on your journey.

Say hello to your new favorite support system

Carlyn Wice Mariposa, CA Chapter Director

As a human resources consultant serving small businesses and nonprofits across California, I've seen how tough it can be to manage hiring, retention, and compliance—especially when you're growing fast or wearing multiple hats. Maybe you’re hiring your first employee and want to do it right. Maybe you're losing sleep over whether your policies are up to date. Or maybe you're struggling to keep great people without the budget of a big company.

Social responsibility has driven me my whole life. I bring experience in teaching, research, and social work. And lots of passion and excitement. Since 2020, I've helped nonprofits and small businesses comply with HR regulations and build their teams. I've earned a BA and an MA in Psychology from USC and an MSHR from Pepperdine.

Robin Foley Pasadena, CA Chapter Director

My work as a money mindset coach is to help women unhook from scarcity, rewire their beliefs, and build a relationship with money that actually feels like freedom.

You weren’t born believing money is stressful, shameful, or always out of reach. But over time, those stories took shape through experiences, patterns, and messages you may not have even realized you absorbed.

Some of the most persistent beliefs don’t shout; they lurk quietly in the background, shaping how you think, feel, and act with money without your full permission.

Audrey Wang West LA, CA Chapter Director

Drawing from my wealth of experience as an Estate Director and my knowledge in High Performance, CliftonStrengths, and DiSC, I realized the profound impact I could make as a coach. The lessons I learned from working alongside influential leaders have become the foundation upon which I build a roadmap for success for my clients, helping them navigate the complexities of their personal and professional lives and ultimately achieve the remarkable levels of success they desire.

My mission is to empower my clients with the tools, strategies, and insights they need to optimize their performance, cultivate success-oriented habits, and create sustainable growth in all areas of their lives and help others overcome procrastination, take decisive action, communicate effectively, and discover their strengths to achieve extraordinary results.

A little history

On December 19, 2022, we held our first accountability group meeting, and by January 1, 2023, we clarified the mission and direction, and created Harvest Goal Collective. We scheduled regular accountability groups, and began to build a community of women who were highly motivated AND interested in lifting one another up.

This is Harvest Goal Collective.

Since then, we organically evolved into holding networking events, in-person socials, educational workshops, and co-op marketing tools for members.

As of April 2025, Harvest has facilitated over 500 events and groups for its community.

"There's nothing like having a consistent group of thoughtful women checking in on and backing you up. The Harvest community is self-supporting and unlike any other network I've been a part of.

As a collective, we are creating our culture daily. We are open. Non-judgmental. Collaborative.

Thriving."
