Born into very humble beginnings, to say I had a "normal" childhood is a severe understatement.
Despite a childhood filled with trauma, poverty, dysfunction, and becoming a teen parent of two,
with the normal stresses in life.
I knew LIFE could not be this BAD for everyone!!
Determined to level up into my version of success, I dug in and started focused on how I could GROW.
I clarified where to FOCUS by identifying my CORE VALES of Unconditional Love, Positive Outlook,
Leadership in leading others to thier success, Autonomy, and Top Tier Work Ethic, helped clarify
where to FOCUS. Motivated for a better life for my children as well as for myself, was all the
MOTIVATION I needed on my journey to SUCCESS.
Surrounding myself with POSITIVE, ENCOURAGING, and KIND mentors, colleagues, friends, and family
was the final piece to support my goals and dreams. Using learned coaching skills grounded in
Emotional Intelligence, Curiosity, Creativity, and Business Best practices.
I lead my clients and their teams to their desired revenue goals and beyond.
With 25+ years of leadership and management experience in the Non-Profit, Retail and Service
industries, I found my PASSION in Life, Career, and Business Coaching is guiding current and future
leaders through the pain of hearing NO as they get to a place of YES!
