Stephanie Exner
(South Pasadena, CA) Stephanie is dedicated to creating spaces where women in business can connect, collaborate, and thrive. As the co-founder of Harvest Goal Collective, she leads structured accountability groups that provide women with the support, motivation, and strategic guidance they need to turn ideas into action.
As a photographer, she enjoys capturing imagery of women in nature, softening the lines between humans and other living things.
Stephanie’s entrepreneurial background includes founding Cedar Ravine, an outdoor accessories brand that was designed and manufactured in Los Angeles, California, and distributed through 50 retailers across the United States. The experience of growing a product-based and e-commerce business gives her invaluable insight into the challenges and successes of running a small business.
Beyond business, Stephanie is deeply committed to her family, neighborhood and home state of California. As a community composter, she tends to a neighborhood composting hub serving 20 families, helping to reduce waste and promote environmental responsibility. She is also an interior designer, having designed and remodeled multiple homes—both personal projects and for clients—combining creativity with functional, beautiful spaces.
