This Meditation Series is meant as a soothing balm for overstimulation and overwhelm, a welcome space of presence and grounding and a place to practice somatic-oriented skills. It is meant to be done while cooking, driving, sitting in nature, getting ready for your day, walking the dog, really any part of your daily ritual where you can put your headphones on, take a moment, and tune in and add a sense of intention and embodiment to the routines of our lives.

A short Guided Meditation and possibly a sound bath to refresh and rejuvenate the body, settle the mind and soothe the nervous system.
D.Lisa’s soothing voice will transform your current experience with reality. For 20 minutes, you are invited to drop into a deep meditative state. Monday mornings allow yourself to be taken on guided visualization. They often end in a short and sweet sound bath.
Supply list: a journal and a pen, to write down aha ideas.
